1. Appointments and Cancellations
Scheduling: We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and service provider.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate other clients, with full service fees applied.
2. Payments and Pricing

Payment Methods: We accept contactless payments made electronically or physical credit/ debit cards, and other approved forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change. We will inform clients of any price adjustments before providing services.

Gratuity: Tipping is appreciated but not required.
3. Client Conduct

Respectful Behavior: We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for all. Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

Personal Belongings: Rain Salon & Head Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables secure.
4. Service Satisfaction

Commitment: At Rain Salon & Head Spa, our mission is to always provide the highest quality of work, consistent service and we are committed to your service satisfaction. There are times where the complex nature of what we do is challenging to fully communicate and times where the hair itself has limitations. In those circumstances we will do the best we can to communicate this. As a policy, we stand by our work and are happy to make adjustments as long as we are notified within 7 days of your service. Our policy is also that we ask that you maintain your service adjustments with the original stylists so that the integrity of the previously discussed results are maintained. We will work together as a team to continuously work on your service, as long as there is mutual respect towards one another, to work towards the desired result unless the hair, skin or scalp will become compromised. Limitations: Results may vary based on individual hair, skin, and other factors. Our team will provide professional recommendations, but clients are responsible for following post-care instructions.
5. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
